- 1 package Ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
- 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 scallion, thinly sliced (optional)
- Boil noodles according to package directions.
- Drain off most of the liquid. Add seasoning packet, soy sauce, Sriracha, and peanut butter. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
- Garnish with scallions and eat immediately.
