Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 package Yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2.5 cups Flour

Instructions

  1. Mix together yeast, sugar, water, oil, and salt.
  2. Kneed in flour.
  3. Kneed for 10 minutes.
  4. Let rise for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Roll out.
  6. Top as desired.
  7. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
