- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 cup Meyer lemon juice, chilled (about 8 lemons)
- 1/3 cup vodka
- 2 cups prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- Combine first three ingredients in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes; stir until sugar dissolves. Let stand for 10 minutes; discard rosemary. Chill.
- Combine sugar syrup, juice, vodka, and prosecco, stirring gently. Serve in chilled glasses.
