Sesame Broccoli


  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Add 1 inch water to a large saucepan. Set a vegetable steamer in the water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli to steamer and steam, covered, 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Evacuate broccoli to a medium bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients.
