Martha Stewart’s Ramen Upgrade


  • 1 package Ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 scallion, thinly sliced (optional)


  1. Boil noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain off most of the liquid. Add seasoning packet, soy sauce, Sriracha, and peanut butter. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Garnish with scallions and eat immediately.


I’ve had good luck with beef flavored ramen, though the recipe doesn’t specify.
